More local circles needed

I request the administrator to start a Local circle for Mumbai and inform the elected MPs about its existence. This would greatly help in interacting and resolving local issues. more

the idea is appreciated however i feel the local circles be smaller than the one suggested in order to highlight local problems and to effectively coordinate with local elected representatives and finally a group of these smaller units for a city. more
