Misleading Ads Rampant still

Now no need for Covid vaccine! “Proven to catch & Kill the virus that causes Covid 19(99.999%) in a single pass”. Is it scientifically proven! If not, HOW CAN SUCH MISLEADING ADVERTISEMENTS BE ALLOWED Ministry of Consumer Affairs???

Please take action asap. Can u please come up with like a 10 lakh penalty and 3 months of jail if any media publishes such ads? Automatically problem will be solved. more

The hand wash sprays that are used now, at doors and entry contain Iso propyl alchol and Chlor hexidine combinations. Alcohol is said to be effective against a number of virus, Bacteria etc. Here the company has narrowed its market by promoting only for Covid 19. That is a marketing strategy of the company as every ones attention is only on Corona virus. more

Action should be taken against such advertisements and "The Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI)" be taken into task for not taking any action. more

I will rather say the Govt.of India Ministry of Consumer Affairs is sleeping over such matters. General public are getting perplexed on such misleading ads but no effective actions are taken by the Govt, somoto. . Such actions by unscrupulous business houses may be termed as act of cruelty. If Govt fails to take action, the court of law must file suo moto cases on such offenders. more
