Misleading Ads by ecommerce Snapdeal

Look at this misleading ad today by snapdeal the about to die ecommerce app. Says 350 off on every order.

Reality is even when you go and place and order for 1800 rupees, these liars dont give u the 350 off.

I think bodies like ASCI are in deep slumber and Consumer Affairs dept itself doesnt seem very active on this issue.

Why is the Govt so scared to take these violators head on. They are misleading consumer and we are all watching it happen. more

Laws in USA etc are very strict for e commerce.Why not Govt makes similar laws and implement in letter and spirit.Then only we can find some relief. more

Too much of cheating going on specially online and govt is seemingly not bothered? how careful can one get? always a first name if you do manage even speak to them? Govt it seems only interested in Votes and being in power . I prefer physical buying beacuse of these wrong things so often now? more

We have to be careful before ordering on e-commerce site. Better to see the product in some stores.... and then decide. more
