Misinformation by Jio Com

I have Mobile No. of Jio which is 9717538166. I got the message from Jio on 8the Sept 2021 that my Mobile No. is rechaged with Rs. 329/- for 3 months. After that I start getting messages from Jio to recharge you phone before 10th Sept.2021 otherwise your mobile services will be stopped. In the process to charge my Mobile No on 10th Sept. a screen was opened on my computer on Jio Com to recharge your Mobile No. where no where it was written that this charge is for international calls/SMSs & I charged my mobile No. for Rs.1000/- which was successful. Talktime on charged mobile is free & that screen should not have come on my computer for recharges of the said No. There should have boldly written on that screen for Call recharges but it was not writen. In the process I wrote to Jio to refund my Rs.1000/- which was wrongly charged due to their faulty process but they refused to refund my amount of Rs.1000/- & advised me that this amount can not be transferred or refunded. I request the concerned authorites to look after issue & see that the mount of Rs1000/- is credited to my a/c from where it was debited. more

Jio Mart is asking me to recharge your mobile with this amount.I want Jio Mart to deposit the available amount in Jio Mart a/c to credit to my credit card account. I hope the concerned authorities will look into this & see that the available amount in Jio Mart is credited to my credit card account. more

After using Jio for 2/3 years I preferred to migrate to BSNL as there were lot of coverage and speed problems but Jio is very fast in consuming the customers' data balances. Not a trust worthy company nor it is providing cheapest services any more as claimed by some of our members. more  
Maybe technical glitches. We should have been a little careful as they'll entice you with offers but we end up paying more. I have no problems with reliance Jio, they're worth every penny. They're pioneers,game changers and but for reliance Jio,we would be charged 10 times the rates charges we're paying now. I trust Jio of reliance,not only in mobile connection, but broadband and all other services. They're unbeatable,low priced, value for money and that's why they're No. 1 more
