Medlife has cheated me
I am a senior citizen and taking medicines regularly. But due to covid-19 I couldn't visit the medicine shop. My son asked me to purchase the medicines online through Medlife. So I used my bank card and ordered the medicines. The courier asked for ₹160/- COD (I had done a complete payment online). I paid the courier and received the parcel.
When I call the Medlife for the clarification about ₹160/- , they immediately disconnect. Now I am doubtful whether the medicines are genuine or fake.

Received reply from Medlife customer care. I understand from it that ₹155.53 COD is a genuine charge. Please read:

Your description of been cheated is not clear are u complaining about rd 160 or fake medicines?? I am Medlife customer for last 6 years. They have free delivery service.

1. Did the courier give you a receipt for the Rs 160/-? If they did, you can file a case in the district consumer forum. They will then come running to you for an out of court settlement.
