Medical Negligence — 11 loose eyesight

This is Ankita from Indore. Yesterday 11 people lost eye sight here at a hospital due to medical negligence.

Can someone who under stand new consumer law advise what options do they have? Attached story more

We doubt if cleanliness required for such operation has been followed.Because for Eye Operation infection is very common.Even post operation care is also important. more

Better get a second Expert Opinion as to what was the real cause for Losing your eye sight. If you can establish that the hospital is responsible for it due to NEGLIGENCE , then you have a GOOD CONSUMER case. Better Fight it out. more
