Making Swachh Bharat work better

it is clear from the poll that urban local bodies are the weakest link. Swachh Bharat must succeed. It is too important a cause. Question now is what can be done by PMO, Swachh Bharat, States to ENSURE that every ULB delivers. Every ULB has what is needed to deliver solid waste mgmt and disposal. How every ULB is part of this local circle which should be mandated according to me. You must be willing to listen to community you are serving. Ignorance cannot be bliss any longer. And what penalties should be there should a ULB take swachh bharat money (tax payer money) and not deliver or indulge in corruption.

Please think on these lines and let us have super constructive debate on how to make it all work and then take that to Union Govt and Pradhan Mantri ji.

Keep your house and surrounding clean. Think public property like Roads, pavements, buses and trains etc. are yours and keep them clean as you keep your house. If we can inculcate this discipline in us, I think we can easily achieve our objective of Clean India. more
