Maintaining Harmony

Friends,

Given what has been going on in JNU, the jaat strikes and vilence in haryana, can we have a discussion on how police can maintain harmony in such circumstances.

Why are we seeing people burning malls and trains. How can police not use force in such circumstances.

May be its time to have a white collar and blue collar police forces. One for the peace loving citizens and the other tough one for people who only understand the language of force.

I will like every member to have a say in this.

POLICE BE GIVEN FREE HAND TO DEALT WITH AGITATORS WHO TAKE LAW IN THEIR HAND AND DAMAGE PROPERTY OF THE GOVT ALL THOSE HELD BE PUNISHED WITH HARD HANDS POLICE BE GIVEN LIBERTY TO TAKE ACTION more
While our political leaders in opposition are bent upon to gain political edge over the ruling party at any cost even if it is at the cost of national unity, by glorifying & supporting the anti-nationals, the terrorists and the anti-socials, destabilising the national and social harmoney, such incidents are suppose to happen. There is no point & justification in blaming the Police, which are suppose to act upon the wills of their political bosses. They have been taught to remain silent spectators of the activities of the anti-nationals, killing of the innocents by the terrorists and creating terrors and destabilising our societies by the anti-socials. They are also supposed to remain silent spectators of the enemies snatching & capturing land and to be in action only when their political bosses so desire. Under such a scenerio, incidents like JNU are suppose to happen again & again and we, the common people of the country will see all such incidents, will sharply react for a moment and quickly forget and will rush to the election booths to vote for these selfish, anti-national and anti-social leaders again and again. Incidents like Haryana, Gujarat (about 6 months back) and Rajasthan (a couple of years back) are the result of our adoption a faulty policy of of caste-based reservation in our Constitution, while at the material time majority of indians irrespective caste & creed were poor and major portion of them were living at below poverty line. Hence, such incidents are likely to take place more frequently at different parts of the country in coming future unless our politicians wake up and sit together forgetting all political differences & self interest to find out a solution to the burning issue acceptable to all. As soon as they realise the situation and come together for an amicable solution, it will be for the benefit of the people and the nation. For a couple of isolated communal incidents during recent past, our so called intellectuals had sharply reacted and left no stone unturned to defame the nation and the government in the name of intolerance. Some of our popular actors also did not lose the opportunity to encash their popularity and jumped into the row. It is surprising that none of them has so far come out with their expert views & comments over these recent rows! more
Our so called intelligentsia's(most of them are left oriented) failures to call spade a spade and trying protect the anti nationals in the name of free speech is the main reason for the present state of affairs. The vested mainstream media fanning this across the nation supported by anti national parties and NGOs are only making the situation worse. Government should deal with these elements sternly without the fear of negative publicity because neutral and sane people will realise the harm these elements are doing to the society & nation and will support the government efforts. more
In my opinion police should act tough in the situations like JNU or Jaat agitation. If the mob is creating law and order situation, threating the entire system creating hassels in the routine life, how police can control this with harmony..? If police are not strong and tough the situations like this would result into the threat to the entire nation. Police need to act in the welfare of the nation and its property, either with peace or with weapons. more
