Maharashtra lockdown extension notification
Attached notification. Question I have is if there are certain businesses exempted then will the exemption also work in hotspots? more

Exceptional business like Medicine, Food , Clinics, Hospitals and routine services like Garbage cleaners, corporation water supply and construction material like cement must be allowed. more

I believe its better for Maharashtra as most of us are still are away from following Govt Instructions. more

Further lockdown is needed but also what is needed is to make sure small businesses and the poor are being looked after. Lockdown anywhere will only work if the citizens cooperate. That means reporting cases and wearing appropriate safety gear like masks and washing hands and most importantly staying at home and use masks and keep your distance from others, especially those not wearing masks [who should be fined heavily]. The medical staff and the police are doing their duty and we must do ours. As you can see it has been over the 12 day incubation period since the first lockdown and the new cases are soaring as of 13th April- 1242. That means people are not taking proper sanitation measures and maintaining social distancing. If some citizens are being irresponsible then the lockdown suffering we are all going through is unfair to say the least. If we as a society is to learn one thing from this that is social responsibility. more

Pandemic requires a high degree of co-operation, understanding, responsibilities and patriotism. No money without life and no life without money is true in its own place. In such circumstances it is our responsibility to follow the guidelines issued by the Govt / auth concern with true spirit. Covid 19 can only be contained by following the social distancing as recommended by all concern. We all are witness how it has been followed in last 21 days. Extension will help in containing the pandemic if it is religiously followed by each one of us without any discrimination and affiliation. more

1= Govt servants with full safety of salary want 3 months' Lockdown. Workers, traders, small factories want to work as they are losing money. It is a kind of class war. 2= Opposition states want to extend lockdown to counter Modi. Modi must open up without fear of critics who say "people will lose lives". How to live life if your wealth is zero. Not even 0.0001% people are dead against 2% population growth per year. But 20% of GDP is lost.
