Local Circle of Food Safety
I think the local circles food safety circle is a great platform but its true value will emerge when in addition to FSSAI headquarters even the food officers from across India become part of it and take inputs from people and give inputs to people.
Also the FSSAI HQ should spend more time in responding and creating awareness. If one person in each family becomes aware about safe foods and we are 40292 in the circle with a friends family circle of 10 each, the reach is already 400,000 people. more

Food Safety should be inculcated in every person, FSSAI should play proactive role in this. more

social media will be of great help for creating awareness.It is cost effective and wide reach.Govt agencies can use social media as it is used effectively for MAN KI BATH. a special mobile App can also be designed. more

Mr Sridhar Mohan, All the initiatives need to be published, promoted and communicated more aggressively. Instead of meetings, workshops and seminars in AC rooms, it must take the activities in ground level. more
