Sir... As the Challenge :- In a very short note i would like to say that....IF you compare the States Dry / Open for the Liquor....Women Safety is worst , Crime is out of Control, Family issues are unbairable, premature deaths and disease like cardiac, kidney & lever are very high... Even family members do not like the person of their family will have Liquor habit or trials.....its overall ....non benificial product for any person...... As the Opportunity :- IF the LAW are revised and made strict like the ARAB countires openness in all way will be controlled...... So...Net Net i would like to suggest....In INDIA we have a habit to make a change in OTHERS but not in mine....So, we ( GOVERNMENT ) should make the LAW which no one can offence or think to break....for the long term benefits of country as well as overall picture of INDIA world wide.... This is totally a my personal VIEW only..................... Thanks & Regards..................

Age of consumption of Liquor should be increased to 23 years and with some income of his own. Studying students, dependents, etc should not be permitted and for this some ID like permission could be introduced.
