linking old/ new company's PF Accounts
As per my experience, online transfer (merging old account to
new account) portal is not working, even after giving all details it will display 'details provided are different' etc etc. When this will not work then we will sent a complaint for which immediate response will come wherein it will say "centralized online system not working and will advise to submit form 13". This is my experience. If anybody has transferred old pf amount to new pf account ONLINE, please inform.

Pl. check whether you have done KYC verification at the site of your Aadhar, PAN, and bank account before submitting form-13 in EPFO site. If your particulars as per the EPFO site (i.e what your employer has given while first time enrolling you as new joiner into their company) are not matching with your Aadhar particulars, then system will show error like that only. First you have log in to epfo site with your mobile no. etc and do correction of particulars in the epfo site which matches your details as per Aadhar. After the correction is successfully and duly verified by your employer and effected by EPFO site then only you have to try for online transfer submission. If it will not work then,You had only option to apply manually in form-13 for transfer along with a joint declaration form duly attested by your employer along with copy of Aadhar and PAN etc to the EPFO, then your amount will be transferred
