Legal/Law Firms for Businesses starting up

Can anyone in this community suggest a corporate legal firm that can do work for a new starting up business at low costs? Agreements like Non Disclosure, MOU, Investment Terms, etc...

Should a company have a separate legal and accounting firms or are there firms that do both. Is there a requirement from the Government? more

There are no governmental regulations directing the issue except that an auditor is precluded to do certain functions in relation to a corporate consulting. However, certain kind of legal support may be available from mid-level accounting firms who have related legal competence. Again it depends on what kind of agreements you need to draw up or get the vetting done. Certain firms like ours provide hand-holding to start ups on each operational issue.
