Legal Notice to Uber

I just sent a legal notice to Uber. (refer attachment) Waiting for their response. I am ready to take this fight into Uber's camp.

In the meantime I want to understand if we have any govt representatives on this group. If so, do we have any plans to regulate the private taxis especially the app based taxis.

They don't have any customer care at all. If you raise any dispute through app, they don't respond and if they respond, its just a standard response without any action. more

Best wishes for your good initiative and I am sure that UBER will refund all the extra charges paid by you since the fault is in their system/with them.I hope they will act wise because they are business men.They would not waste their time in legal tangles because they have to pay for their lawyers which would run thousand and thousand of rupees. more

Government should come out with a procedure, as to how to deal with such ecommerce companies, who are running through apps. more

Government should make such procedures that it will be very easy to complain. Justice should be quick with fearful punishment to the culprits. That's called RAMRAJ. Afterwards even if temple is built later it will do. more
