Also advice if anyone in our circle can help me. thank you more
Thanks for the Comments, Today i visited MRO and they have clearly mentioned that they cannot issue a Certificate unless my father was a government Employee, however as my father is a retired private firm employee, they have directed me to go through Court to get the certificate, in this process i have consulted two different lawyers, one at district Magistrate court and he as asked me to pay 15,000 min to start the process with documents of Death certificate, aadhaar copy of heirs, and affidavit and duration would be 3 months. Another consultant has adviced to pay 25,000 in all till i get my certificate within 2 1/2 months. I am completely in dilemma whom to approach as this is time taking and finance involved, this certificate is required for me to sell my fathers immovable property. Please advice how could this be approached. Thanks to all once again. more
infact you have not given proper details data inputs inadequate, before coming for legal help one should give all details of the case then only you would get proper remedy. more
you have not mentioned why you need a legal heir certificate. Because if your father left any immovable property the MRO is not competent person to issue any such certificate except to show who are the family members of the deceased and entitled to operate/draw bank account etc subject to such bank norms. the only propery forum is the civil court which is competent to grant any such valid certificate for all purposes even though it might cost you. more
