Leaking of client details
These days, our personal details available with various Banks-private and public sector banks, brokerage firms, service providers like Airtel, Vodafone, Idea, Aircell, Reliance Jio, BSNL etc, are freely passed on to various companies or individuals. Although this is against rules, personal information of clients are mostly leaked jeopardizing our lives. This impact each individual differently.
In certain cases, employees sell these information to lead generating agencies to make money, or in other cases, they pass on personal details as a favour or to oblige their friends or relatives.
Government should strictly advise these entities and their employees that the personal details of clients that they have with them should be used only for purposes for which it is meant, and under no circumstances it should not be divulged to others. Be it any agency, Government or Private, they are liable to protect the secrecy rights of their clients.eak

I think this is an inevitable situation in the days of digital transactions. How many will not use internet and apps for fear of identity theft. We have forfeited our right to privacy the moment we open internet account or make on line payment or even use a search engine. Honestly, we are made to believe that there are safe sites but there are none for professionals. we have no alternative then to beat our breast or accept it as it is. At the most some laws can be made which will be half heartedly implemented.

Yes this is happening and law must be made to curb it.Some times it is dangerous. And some times it is a pain for us from unwanted agencies.
