Large Army

The population in India is demanding employments in various fields, There can be no jobs in the government, semi-government, and private sector since there is saturation and limitations to the replacement as well as Recoupments, Therefore in spite of a trend running worldwide to reduce army and paramilitary forces to cut expenses, We should raise our army to the two to five crore personnel. This is not for the war mongering or treat fear psychosis but to provide employment to the people and train the youth militarily. The entire system is created to bring following structure.
1. Most of army will be Resident army working 8 hrs a day at home headquarters district wise undergoing training, research and development and being rotated to combat, training, resident, operations etc.
2. Any-body be accepted above 18 years and 12th pass in any faculty will join army at a fixed salary and when placed in operation given regular scale. Doctors, engineers, charted accountants, architects, MBA, carpenters, goldsmith, singers, farmers, players, almost all can be accommodated either in respective faculties or soldiers and undergo various training.
3. This force shall be a source to supply manpower after a service of two years to govt. services, police, BSF, semi govt. organizations and even private organizations.
4. Military training and complete yoga philosophy will convert every individual to an ideal warrior and a perfect gentleman. Such trained personnel will be assets to the respective
5. From this force raise BSF and police to more strength.
6. Communists and Muslim terrorists have started war with Army and Police worldwide Hence big Armies are to days essentials and military service be made compulsory.
7. Let there be strategic, electronic, weaponry, water management, espionage, fast track structures be devised through research and developments in coordination with local institutions and universities by this Armed Force.
8. We must Raise Police Force equally sizable in the country to counter act anti national modules and devise better investigation techniques and also the brave policemen.
9. We must have Best Army, Best Police, Best Bureaucracy, best investigators, best communication etc. in the world.
10. The world is running on imaginary ideologies and brought misery for absolutely no reason. Military Training is the solution to fighting with MAD. more

Indian Army itself is a wrong procedure Indian army is not based on Democracy but it is based on Caste Basis those already Defeated by Many Intruders and also ruled over them both Mughals and British. Indian Army must be a Democratic Army then we will have good and effective army of India. I think so in this way. more
Absolutely correct pl. Indian Military efficient in Safety on Territorial boundaries should have a Wing for for Internal Safety also under which the Policing in India need to secure Safety and Security within .
Home Ministry which is responsible for both Internal and External Safety became weak and inefficient to deal with the Criminal and invasive issues of Society and the Nation too.
This is why, Drug Mafia, Sale and Export of Women, Divisions in the Society on Communal issues HAD BEEN TOTALLY WEAKENING THE WHOLE COUNTRY AND challenging acutely the Constitution too.
There is absolute necessity to redress the both Sectors of Safety and Security to the Union of India please. more
They are maximum idiot classes of India in Army only for Show as Army Heros to fools the other Indians to show their Supremacy even Indian Police .
You can see their characters. more
Yes Sarma Ji, Indians are purposely blind the main cause of Poverty in India is our Army Philosophy which is a Caste based Army which is not required now in Democracy.
This create too much disturbance among other Democracy believers seeing their Supremacy Shows in all fields of Life in India only in Villages too much.
Like Separate Special people in India and Abroad . more
Keep the retirement age as 50 There should be more contract jobs on a need and adhoc basis, which should provide rotation of jobs to individuals more
Good thought, should be analysed properly before implementation. more
I think tis is very sensible suggestion. To expand further on that idea - I strongly support compulsory education up to high school and military training for ALL above the age of 18 years, and should be paid allowance. For those who are uneducated may be offered adult learning while under military training or can be absorbed in jobs that do not require much education (such as loaders). Those willing, and found fit, may be offered or absorbed in the army - depending on their aptitude and training and inclination may be given a choice of army navy or air force. In general we people lack discipline. This will ensure discipline and make the youth of the country more healthy. We as a country will be then be 1) educated people 2) militarily strong 3) far advanced R & D capability and 4) better than developed countries - in time to come. more
I do not agree. This is a bizarre proposal. Too many cooks spoil the broth. The proposal is counter productive. Ways have to be found for control of population growth and finding avenues for newer employment generating trades, businesses etc.. for engaging young adults coming to the job market every year. more
