All Private Companies of Area must be Monitored by our Security & Justice for Labor related Agencies or Governance.All Human Resource Departments for Justice must Concentrate on all the Private Sectors in INDIA and Priority must be given to Labours & Workers also by Police to Guide them Properly and assistance also.
No Owner of any Company should play any kind of Foul Plays against any Worker or Labor of his Company and should be Penalized for any act of Cheating and Frauds and vice versa.Shops must also be given some terms and Conditions to keep Helper in his Shop as Staff by giving Contract and renewable times to times.

Our discussions even this day on such is only due to the non cooperation of the political parties like Congress and their allies in the Houses of Parliament just for their opted goal of defeating this NDA Government through all the means and the encouragements , protests , intervening even in Criminal and General issues are all the evidents of their Political Power Thirst which only made the whole country including considerable part of the Judiciary loose the basic responsibilities . Sarma Ji Very Rightfully Said our Constitution is designed as per our Human Characters and Mentality by all Classes of Indians on One Table.But If the System is working reverse to it means something is going Wrong in our Country against our own Country Men but instead of stopping such activities our Governments & Businesses are supporting them in LUST of Money and self Interests only. Because this "Corruption" word Business in INDIA become Fashion just to Collect Money only and to Purchase Luxurious ITEMS only for Enjoyment.Leaving Behind rest of the suffering Population of INDIA by Making Groups of Communities & Castes. This is not even Dangerous for us but as a country to INDIA also these same types of Practices are going on in our neighboring Countries like NEPAL,PAKISTAN,BANGLADESH,Sri LANKA since very last 20 yrs. But nobody willing to notice these Facts in our system or FOULS Play. People are getting more involve in Business like MOVIE,MUSIC,DANCING,PROSTITUTION,CRIME,RANSOM,MURDER,LOOTING,STEALING,KIDNAPPING,RAPE,SCAM etc etc and every Month and year its Increasing like a CANCER. How to STOP Such Practices only GOVERNMENT can not do alone but our other businesses & Better Opportunities can revert them to the right Track by Minimizing the FINANCIAL ASPECTS in Entertaining Business those are IMPROVING such Anti-Social Acts in the name of ART & FASHION. Our BUSINESS GROUPS must not Appreciate such Business through Media & Advertisements but give them less priority to SELL there Product also in a Economical ways and should pay the Full INCOM TAX to the Government also. Redressing Rs.ONE / TWO / THREE / FIVE etc., of basic food items like Rice etc., fixing the rationalised price at Rs.Ten per kg that costs monthly Rs.350/- for the whole Family AND THIS PUBLIC FUNDS COULD BE BEST SERVED FOR EDUCATION WHICH WILL GIVE LIVELYHOOD ABILITIES SET IN article 21 . 2. Redressing Subsidies of gas etc., ; Concessions , Scholarships etc., fixing Economy Slab eliminating those Wealthy and Sound in Status though not paying Taxes or , evading Tax removing the words Castes that Saves Bulk of PUBLIC FUNDS for addressing the poor citizen of Rural Areas for parting in Education and Healthcare set in various articles under the objective of the very article 21 . 3. Seizure and Acquisition of government lands and those lands vested in the hands of the governments under various laws in force for addressing the lively hood infrastructure set in this Post . 4. Addressing huge amount of Penalty / Seizure beside imprisonment for and on all Financial Crimes of either Public or Government Funds / Finances / Resources and Properties to divert these to the Government exchequer for the welfare provisions of the general public those stand below the poverty line 5. Utilising the Seized / confiscated amounts and goods caught while on Elections or of Such anti-national Crimes towards the very Education and Healthcare provisions of the poor of Rural Areas . 6.
