Kind Attn: Noida Authority Health Officers
Thought Noida Authority had decided to clear garbage twice a day? These pictures of the garbage dump at Gate #11, Sector-40, Noida don't seem to agree. I've added markers to a few items in the picture to help track any changes over the days...Who in Noida Authority could help in this situation? Given the severe health crisis that is still not over, are we playing with disaster waiting to happen...How much longer before we get our act together? more

Don't know how much serious these department in attending the complaints. usually they do not like any written complain. more

Thank you Pabitraji! I have submitted an online complaint and have received an SMS that this will be addressed in another 8 days. Will wait and see...Unfortunately, the "Clean Noida" system only treats each complaint separately so even while I'm hopeful that this time the bin may be cleared, there is no way to permanently resolve this issue in such a way that it does not repeat again. The only recourse would be to keep filing repeated complaints each time and Noida Authority will commit to addressing it over the next 8 days. Is that really a solution? more

Please lodge a complaint in 'Clean Noida' mobile app if you have already done this. I have done this for road and drain cleaning. Noida authority guys have taken some action. more
