Kent Water Purifier- a non professional Company

I would like to narrate the incidence with Kent water purifier. The Malpractices used by the service centre & the Kent Company supporting him.
I had give the AMC for the KENT water purifier to V Tech in Vadodara (Guj). Whenever the service person comes for the routine inspection the machine comes under breakdown within two days Then the service person revisit & ask for the replacement of the parts. We caught him red handed as he was trying to spoil the installed spare part during routine inspection. On raising the issue with the Kent company the justifies the act of the service provider & on asking the full refund of the AMC (as I want to terminate the AMC with the present service provider) I am getting the threat from the service provider which is again being supported by the Regional Manager of Gujarat of Kent company. But no body is concern about the mental agony my family has to undergo during the breakdown of the machine & we were left with no water to drink for upto two days. This has become the regular features.
I feel he is getting undue favour from the dealer.
This is a very clear case where the corruption has entered the private sector. more

Kent gives pure water - says actress Hema Malini. Unless they manipulate and earn more, how can they pay for the advertisement cost. If you happen to be in face book, please narrate the story with Kent advertisement. Apart from the above, please issue a Regd. notice to the manufacturer and inform that if the matter is not settled within 15 days, you are going to file consumer case. See what happens. more
