Dear sheetal you are absolutely right as i am the practical witness report to c.m. Office for a minor work of park light not working on date 07.10.15 and continously report for the light till 18th or 20 date via mail each and every time give a cold assurance that job will be done on priority basis and informed to concerned departments by the c.m. No, I disagree with Shetal Jain ji. Judiciary should be free from influence of our politicians because they can not be fair keeping in mind their political interests. Take example of current system where every where is a fear and a one man rule/show. there is no rule of law. Every one of ruling party can say what he/she wish and can do/take step as per his/her wishes. There is no fear of law. Law and police remain in their pockets. They can abuse to any one, they can murder to any one who open the mount against the system. It is worst to emergency. Therefore, judiciary should be free from the control of our politicians. more
