Karnataka lockdown exit strategy - request for poll
The panel constituted by the Karnataka govt. to look into the exit from the lockdown has proposed a partial exit, just to see how the people and business apply the learnings of the lockdown and how the government enforces its mandates. Based on this changes coil be made. This seems like a reasonable strategy.
But the ministers want the complete lockdown to continue, without attributing any reason. And the CM says he will let the PM decide. The decision needs to be at the state level, with guidelines from the center. The center cannot have a universal strategy for the entire nation.

complete lock down for at least 30 more days keeping in mind the seriousness of the status of virus in Karnataka. Economy is getting bad , but we can tackle this after we recover from the monster. more

Considering the seriousness and enormity of the present situation, definitely the lockdown will be necessary till the situation is brought under control more
