KapalBhati -- the best pranayam to do
My wife, 48, had been suffering from marginal diabetes for the last 3 to 4 years with fasting sugar reading hovering between 113 and 126 and PP sugar reading being normal. She started doing Kapal Bhati pranayam for the last 3 months. Recently when she got tested for diabetes, her fasting sugar was 94 and PP sugar was also normal.
Similarly, I had been taking Rozat 10 mg for cholesterol for last 2 years. One year back, I discontinued the medicine for a month which caused my cholesterol levels to rise. So, I restarted Rozat 10 mg. Since this medicine for cholesterol makes one hungry and one tends to eat more which causes weight gain, I consulted my doctor and lowered the dose to 5mg about one and a half month back. On 10/5/14, I got myself tested for cholesterol and all the parameters were well within range. I also started doing Kapal Bhati pranayama about 4 months back.
I conclude that this pranayam is very very good for one's health. It raises the rate of exchange of air in our lungs by 70 times which makes the left-out air go out of our lungs.

Its very easy to lose weight, fast and maintain it. Put 2 kgs of milk(double tone) milk into your diet in any form milk/milk shake/curd/lassi/paneer/srikhand.........but make all these with the double toned milk you get at home. Make you eating habit such that at each meal you shall first take the 500 gms of the milk or milk product and then take any thing else you desire (keep the helpings small of all other things). Evening dinner take it at least 2 hrs before you go to sleep. It works and fast. Best is you can keep the diet for ever.
