#JWMarriott Hotels Playing With Health of Guests
This is the video of water in my room at JW Marriot Kolkata on 11 Aug 2019. Luckily I noticed. I am still anxious if I ingested any of it and what would happen. On complaining, neither the duty manager nor the Housekeeping manager had the courtesy to come to take a look though duty manager said she is coming over with Housekeeping manager.
Firstly, this can only happen if the hotel is blatantly flouting maintenance procedures and regular checks. I am sure there are norms to be followed. God help us if the same water source supplies the kitchen. A little negligence can poison the food and that could be catastrophic.
It appears that these International Brands think because it is INDIA, they can get away with anything. If anyone from Ministry of Tourism, Health is reading this, please take some action. We are not expendable. If this happened in the USA or elsewhere, Marriot would probably be facing a law suit.
We do need to tell the world that we cannot be treated like this any more. India is a force to reckon with. We, the people, are that force. more

Mr. Agarwal has not explained on what finally happened whether it was attened or not within reasonable time. If not, what was his action. Better expose this in all social media and press and then see the result. more
