Judicial Support for the common man
There seems to be a nexus between the top flight lawyers and the judiciary. If one can afford to hire a top flight lawyer then usually the person will get a hearing immediately while the common man will have to wait for years even for the case to be listed. even then there is no guarantee that the case will be heard on the day it is listed.

Jury System: Let us contain the powers of the Judges (absolute power corrupts absolutely). If we introduce the Jury System, then the Judge will conduct the proceedings, in the court as Presiding Officer, the Advocates shall present evidence and argue, but the verdict of Guilty or Not shall be pronounced by the Jury (by majority vote). The Jury is selected from citizens and on rotation basis, either party can object to a person appointed / selected Jury. more
