Judges bring disgrace to S Court and India

Most of us thought that Supreme court judges are persons much better than politicians and always maintain a dignified stance.

In the earlier days , judges were so careful about maintaining their image and public confidence in them that they sometimes even avoided attending the marriage functions in their families. They tried to avoid public interaction to the extent possible.

Now, the four Supreme Court judges have thought it fit to address a press conference and take queries from the reporters about their grievances. This is unbecoming of judges. Accusing the Chief Justice of India in public is the worst thing that a supreme Court judge can do.

The appropriate course for them would have been to call on President of India and convey their views.

They have not only disgraced themselves but done tremendous damage to the reputation of Supreme Court itself.

The worst is that one of the judges has met the representative of the opposition political party, making people suspect as to what he would have discussed and what was his objective.

Sad sad day for India

These judges have brought shame not only to the great institution of the Supreme Court but the entire country itself. If some one depicts the country in poor light and acts in way which brings disrepute to this country then should they not be tried for treason. How can they claim to be fit to be supreme court judges if they themselves do not have faith in the Supreme Court. Is this not Contempt of Court? Does the grievance redressal mechanism of the SC give them right to take a press conference and accuse the Chief Justice of not knowing his job. What did they expect the press or the people or anyone else to do when they decided to make their grievance public. The behaviour of these judges seems childish and unbecoming of the position they are in. more
It is Hundred Percent an Opposition Driven Politically Motivated Case !! All these 4 Judges should be Impeached and Judiciary should be brought back to it's original High status !! Like in all Countries around the World, NJAC should be implemented to avoid Judges choosing themselves under the current Collegium System !! Some Hard Decisions need to be taken by the President & PM to correct the ills prevalent for over 70 years !! more
Team captain is ONE & these judges must learn to respect their Chief. One of the 4 judges is die hard against Aadhar card, Ram Janambhoomi issues . Such wrong selections must be taken care, Undeserving candidates must never be put on such important assignments more

These judges should get automatically disqualified as they themselves are prejudiced. They do not have moral right to continue in such a highly regarded institution. more
