Judge + Lawyer nesus 2 defeat Justice boon 4 crime
We keep talking about drive agaisnt corruption, swatch Bharath etc. but right under our nose corruption at the highest level of justice deliverance, implementation of the various Laws enacted under the Constitution is rampant and the recent news paper item disclosing a senior judge of Tis Hazari, New Delhi accepting Rs. 4 lakhs bribe through a Lawyer for favoring a client ( most likely a criminal) is not just one off occurrence but is a routine practice in the legal scenario.
I recall that much earlier a Metropolitan Magistrate went to the extreme step of even issuing a NBW against the Hon'ble President of India, the Hon'ble Chief Justice of India at the behest of a Lawyer through whom bribe money was transacted for such belligerence.
I have gained first hand experience, thanks to the fraud ICICI BANK and its gang comprising of its ICICI Group company and their common DSA where bribery was employed to influence judicial proceedings and the chain of lower, middle and final levels under the Consumer Protection Act. demonstrated as to how they can be influenced by the diabolical fraudster that ICICI BANK is when ruling went in favor of fake, forged documents with clear signs of tampering to destroy evidence of forgery.
An article in The Times of India dt. 03-Oct.-2016 reads the heading " High and mighty in copuntry make judiciary drag its feet" where commoner seldom gets justice and the mighty get scot free with no or negligibly insignificant order to show the justice process in its poorest state.
Hon'ble Supreme Court's orders get flagrantly disobeyed by the High and Mighty, the police (unfortunately the implementing agency of Law, as per the Indian Constitution) and all those who can put their mark (by way of abusing the status) and no action can be seen against these violators.
An entire family of an erstwhile Bureaucrat was driven to the extreme steps to commit suicide, will the culprits be punished for such gruesome violations?
Rapes, irrespective of age, relationships etc. go on every day despite huge hue and cry by (publicity mongers like some NGOs, Women care bodies, Govt., politicians, media and the Law. Such outrageous aggression against a person's birth right and against her wishes through violent means meets with the only punishment of death in any country other than our India. We want to show that it is immaterial if more females are raped everyday but we are a tolerant country and would not give extreme verdict for extreme crimes.
Is this the democracy our freedom fighters fought and sacrificed for? Are we a responsible Nation to ensure the Fundamental and Constitutional Rights to the Citizen?
When persons of Chief Minister status openly defies the orders of Hon'ble Supreme Court, how can a citizen rest assured that his/her fundamental, constitutional rights will be protected by such Govt.?
Does any of these give any confidence in the justice deliverance system in our Country when Judges take bribe to tilt the decision? more

What you can expect when Karnataka high court in a service case where an officer was removed from service for bringing out irregularities of executives which led to crores of rupees loss to the bank as well as violation of FEMA, fraud, fudging of accounts etc,. The court agrees that punishment of removal is disproportionate, but since the officer is stickler for rules he can be given compulsory retirement. Only an incompetent, biased and corrupt judge can give such a judgement. I complained to chief justice three years back but no response. In CBI court of Delhi there is guarantee scheme that the money paid will be returned if the judgement is not as you wanted. Long live independence of Indian judiciary. more

Well said Dayanand Kamath ji. That is what my position too. That is why I refused to be a member in in their circle. It seems they want save Judiciary and block IDEAL steps of Parliament. It is too much. I press let the Judiciary recall its oredrs on NJAC Act and UPHOLD IT. That is thee Golden day for the Ideal/desirable CIVILIZATION than to leave our own children to lead a LIFE FULL OF FEAR TO SURVIVE SO LONG THEY ARE ABLE TO PAY PROTECTION MONEY.
