फ्लिपकार्ट के विरुद्ध फ्लिपकार्ट ठगी कंपनी है जो समान दिखाया जाता है बुकिंग के समय व समान कस्टमर को दिया नहीं जाता है जब उसे रिटर्न किया जाता है तो कस्टमर का अकाउंट ब्लॉक कर दिया जाता है जबकि नेशनल कंज्यूमर हेल्पलाइन में शिकायत किया लेकिन अभी तक कोई समस्या का समाधान नहीं हुआ और जब फ्लिपकार्ट कस्टमर केयर से बात किया वह भी कोई रिस्पांस नहीं दे रहे हैं फ्लिपकार्ट बोल्ट में हमारा₹350 जमा और उसे भी देने के लिए कोई प्रतिक्रिया नहीं दिखाएं मैं आप लोगों से अनुरोध करूंगा कि फ्लिपकार्ट से कोई भी सामान ना खरीदें नेशनल कंज्यूमर हेल्पलाइन नंबर पर भी कंप्लेन किया लेकिन अभी तक कोई समस्या का समाधान नहीं यह है हमारा experience Flipkart से नेशनल कंज्यूमर वाले भी पहले समस्या का समाधान करते थे लेकिन अभी वह पहले जैसे नहीं रहे हमने 30 March 2019 complaint Kiya अभी तक कोई भी समस्या का समाधान नहीं हुआ सतीश कुमार more

Dear friend's, When we have any problems regarding services, we need to follow the rules of calling the helpline followed by written complaint, still if there is no response go to CPA, customer protection act, depending on the value and time and can approach media depending on the seriousness. Try this, if not alone along with other victims contacted through this circle. more  
The post should be in English or bi-lingual (Hindi & English) to enable the member to reply. more  
For replacement/return customers facing problems with e-commerce companies. Consumer Forum should take cognizance for growing complaints. Rules framed should strictly observed else companies should be fined. more  
All Govt. bodies like Consumer Forum, IRDA, TRAI etc. all work for service providers obviously for consideration and not for the consumer. This is my long experience for many cases. e.g. Internet speed in india is slowest in the world, even in African countries it is far far better, we are paying for 4G but there is no 4G service in India, they are all3G and Govt. very well knows this. This is as per Govt. own internal observation because the real honest junior officers cannot do anything in the absence of higher corrupt officers. Nothing will ever become honest in India. more  
I have faced problem from new E-commerce company MILK BASKET. I started purchasing milk from Milk Basket which delivers milk to ones door without taking delivery charge. The amount is deducted by Milk Basket from the valet. I ordered 2.5 liters Mother Dairy milk on 6th April 2019 to be delivered on 7th April morning. But on 7th morning I received only 1 liter milk in stead of 2.5 liters. Milk Basket has deducted Rs 105/- for 2.5 liters milk ordered. Whenever I give ring to their Customer Care the reply comes that their executive would give a ring back within one hour but call has not come during last three days. Hence I request all to beware of MILK Basket. more
