As long as Advocacy of Indian Lawyers goes in Support of Notorious Criminals , Terrorists , Bomb Blasters EVEN AFTER CONVICTION ; !;
**As long as Judiciary is insufficient and inadequate ( Judiciary is insufficient and inadequate SINCE 1975 - SC Order of 1987 PROVED ) ; ;;
**Along as Law and Justice of India allow such pitiful , pathetic situation IN Time-Bound Justice Delivery ( SC deliberation on Speedy Trial - ref: AIR 1979. SC 1369 ) ;.;;
**As long as Election Commission allow the Convicted to CONTEST AND RULE IN THE COUNTRY ( Convicts Comprise 30% as at 2013 and 36% as at 2018 ) ( A CJI TEARED HIS EYES , A CJI SERIOUSLY COMMENTED ON CONVICTS HEADING POLITICAL PARTY AND RULE WITH PROXY ) ; ;;
** As long as Punishments and imprisonments of IPC are ignored/ neglected/ set aside AND AS LONG AS VOLUME OF IPC Punishments not revised ; ;;
** As long as Sex and Crime instigatives , Provocative Expressions, Means Like Drugs , ODD ADDs , Liquor , Sexy/ Indecent Presentations followed , practiced AND ALLOWED ; ;;;
****** THERE CANNOT BE ANY JUSTIFIED JUSTICE ******;
This is why , Reforms and strict Regulations IN ALL THE 3 CONSTITUTIONAL BODIES plus the Media are the Must .

* Every Citizen has Right to Constitutional Provisions , Mandates , as also confined by Supreme Court in regard to Fundamental Rights and Directive Principles of Rule . Specifically Judiciary is responsible for Constitutionally Guaranteed Rule as also confined by H'ble SUPREME COURT . ** Primarily SC and High Courts have vested Responsibility of Secured Preamble Guarantees of the Constitution to its Citizens . The most important issues like JUSTICE , Justice on Social, Economic, Political, Security , Safety, and Fraternity are mostly Ignored including Time Bound Justice . *** Lastly the Vital Issue of National Integrity also had been ignored while Individual Rights/ Liberties and Privacy Overriding the National Integrity , Interest of the Society , Funds and Finances of the general Public and the Country . ****All these appears that the Law and Justice is in Search of Rule of Law which is more Pathetic and Pitiful . ***** Judiciary need to REFORM itself immediately .

Article 32 and 39- A Shall have extended Operation on Directives Principles of State Policy , 19 (2) to (6) and IPC pertaining to ELECTIONEERING AND LEGISLATURES including Parliament .
