Is someone listening in Noida Authority?
I am not sure if there is anyone in Noida Authority who has an integrated view of various activities & projects that impact on the pollution levels. Does he/ she have the powers to suspend/ stop the activity? Everything seems to be carrying on 'Ram Bharose'. The worst of all is the acute suffering of senior citizens due to lung infections & related diseases attributed to increasing atmospheric pollution. It is strange that public has to raise such issues; the Administration has no pro-active role in arresting a deteriorating situation. Is someone listening in Noida Authority? more

Noida Authority should not be misunderstood. This Authority was constituted for purchase, develop and sale the land. Remaining is only a side responsibilities. more

I agree to a large extent with the view expressed by Shri Basant Bhatia. Though I must add that the Noida authority cannot do much on the environmental pollution. Certainly they can take strict action on un-authorised street vendors, but this is not happening and though people write about this, no one stops making purchases from such street vendors. more

Very true unfortunately. They do not possess the expertise to realise the magnitude of the problem. There are places in Greater Noida West where you donot even have a park or open space for children and senior citizens. It is full of dust 24 hours and people are living in a nightmare. more
