Is paytm misusing funds in wallets

Paytm has become a very unreliable service of late. Mang many people have money in their wallet that paytm wont let them use. It will say do kyc. Then when u go ahead with video kyc it says our reps are busy. Basically u have 3000 in your account but u cant pay your vendors family friends. Imagine 3000 stuck in 20 million accounts. The company by blocking our funds has a boat load of interest income and we are stuck.

RBI should make them refunds every customers many and then shut the service. more

i Also have lost money due to poor customer support and 1 am not using paytm thereafter. My money is lost with paytm. Why to use paytm or any other wallet when we have BHIM payment application. more

I have also faced payment problems from Paytm wallet several times. Perhaps Paytm is overloaded and it is time people moved away from it. Paytm customer relationship is pretty bad also. So no improvement will take place in its service! more

Get saving account connected with Paytm. No need for KYC or keeping money in Paytm wallet.. Incase you receive money for Paytm, there's 2 choicest to receive.. Either direct to Paytm wallet or in saving account I never keep money in Paytm wallet and my saving account is connected with Paytm I didn't get separate KYC It's deducted from my saving account and not from Paytm wallet Make sure that saving account doesn't have more floating money.. Just basic in the Bank plus just enough for monthly shopping Nobody can steal your money Always use debit card for paying Don't use ATM too often ( you don't have to use ATM because of Paytm which is connected with Bank Incase you get paid in Paytm wallet still money is safe more

when people pay me through other online apps like G pay etc,money is diverted to my saving account,connected with PayTm more

Even otherwise payment seems to be a notorious co. See their issue price, present price and salary around Rs.776 crore of Mr. Shekhar Sharma. RBI must act before it is too late. more

I don't see any problem completing KYC. We hear many frauds happening and KYC is one of the way to stop such frauds. There are shops assigned to undertake KYC, so instead of calling reps, you can physically visit these shops. more
