Is it misappropriation or deceptive trade practices of DHBVN, A Haryana State PSU Discom
Many consumers in Faridabad have felt that the DHBVN has issued bills for electricity in August, Septemeber 2020. However, when the consumers wanted to make an online payment, the bills were not found uploaded before its due date of payment. This has resulted in the payment of a surcharge for the delayed payment which was purely attributable to DHBVN inefficiency intentional or unintentional. DHBVN needs to make a refund of such a surcharge charged from the consumers.
I am requesting all the readers of this post to kindly provide your comments from the electricity consumers in Haryana as to whether they also faced such a situation so that DHBVN could be approached appropriately. @indSupremeCourt held acquisition by Haryana for Pinjore-Kalka project ws "prima facie" illegal as it benefited private builders under the guise of public purpose.." This Observation still stands as State could not rebutt it and the illegality is allowed in Land Acquisition Act 1894 rendering acquisition illegal also meaning that Haryana has accepted this illegality. The only point argued was about KK Amrohi LAO and @indSupremeCourt heard arguement about competence of KK Amrohi as LAO Haryana went lengths to argue he was 5 (2 a )LAO with Court noting that Haryana Govt accepted his recs. For getting order in its favour Haryana hid from the Court that this LAO's recs weren't even putupto Govt for consideration we are soldiers who had registered residential plots in Pinjore which Haryana Govt , while we serving away from Haryana, acquired without any intimation to us and on the stated recommendations of KK Amrohi LAO- who had infact recommended exemption. The truth has been laid bare that the recommendations of JIC headed by HUDA ,dated 19.08.2008 were fraudulently shown as that of KK Amrohi The Court was misled Fraud played Haryana Govt is not releasing the Plots.
