There are nine laws against advertisements but none for consumer protection. Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) is expected to be launched by the Govt. of India soon. more

The educational institutes are utilising the press and media in popularising their institute and attracting the parents. The public / parents have no opportunity to check the credential of the institute. Let the education department, who is giving them permission to run the business, control the activities of such educational institutes. more

Byjus must be spending a huge sme inpublicity. It is not all tall claim, as they hire the good quality Teachers and pay them hansomely. Teachers are didicated and their best Advertisement. But f they are esorting to twisting facts , they to be pulled up,by the weights and measures. more

yesthey are misguiding parents and student with their add only. They first show you the roasy picture of their learning and forced you by their sales team to take the costly coaching and then when desired results doesnt come they blame the child and offer you a newpackage. more
