Investment and Exit

If an foreign citizen invests in Indian startup (say in 2013) and wants to now exit in 2018. the original investment was say $100,000 or 68 lakhs. The exit happens at $200,000 in 5 years. How is the gain of 68 lakhs or $100,000 taxed and how can it be converted into USD again.

Does the investor need an indian bank account or can the company convert the proceeds and remit in USD? more
