Internet charges being increased in Bookmyshow, Redbus etc

Now we are more and more using the online reservation for travel, movie etc. The internet charges/handling are slowly and consistently being increased. Bookmyshow per ticket internet charges are increased, Redbus ticket booking charges are increasing. Government should fix some percentage has the limit for these charges. Considering the volume of booking made in these websites amount involved is huge. This leads to over profiteering...These are pushing living expenses in our country... more

Yes, there must be some restriction in charging service charges on tickets books. more

In fact such entities should not be allowed to recover such charges from the customers. On the contrary, they should be directed to allow concession for each online booking as such bookings curtail their cost on manpower and other administrative expenses. more

Best way to not buy onlin any services from any site charging on line service charges.These companies are paid very handsome amount by sellers of services.These additional charges ir to rip your pockets to enrich without any additional service by on like booking companies. more

I am of the opinion, that there should be no additional charges for buying things on line. Internet charges now are very low. On line payment should reduce staff that used to handle cash transactions. Unlike cheques, the payment is almost immediate. There should not be any charges for buying anything on line. more
