Railways are the most corrupt and they do corruption as it is their right. Recently I travelled from Delhi to Secunderabad. I ordered for meals and what I got is the worst food and the charges are Rs. 110 or 120 where as when I chekedthe approved price it is only Rs.50. May I request the concerned railway, on priority basis check this menance and take appropriate action againist the persons involved more
Present Government has been elected due to their commitment to eradicate corruption from the system . Prime Minister is always talking about zero tolerance to corruption It is very Disappointing at this front . Actions of their Ministries and counter part state Government has policy of 100 percent tolerance to corruption. One example I am quoting here: From various places in MUMBAI i.e Railway stations of CR/WR share auto are allowed to facilitate to passengers (as assumed) and they are supposed to take 3 passengers in share. The rates are fixed by there unions /RTO based on BEST fares. But 70 percent AUTO Rickshaw carries 4 passengers in place of 3. This act minting lacks of rupees per day to Police and RTO authorities thus black money is generated. These authorities needs to be monitored by vigilance. I asked one Auto driver about this then he narrated as "There bribe amount is fixed to Rs 500,Rs750,Rs1000 per month by police and daily rates are also there varies from Rs50 to 100 per day. These auto are being checked and verified who are not paying HAFTA and carrying 4 passengers." Same situation is in respect of footpath vendors also prevails.Road side parked trucks /buses are also forced to pay HAFTA and then BUSES are allowed to pick the private passengers right from the Traffic signal irrespective of Traffic . more
The politician, bureaucracy , police nexus has to have a new structure in place as long as the present arrangement exists corruption will never die. So pls implement administrate reforms no govt has had the spine to do it so far. The corrupt will always find ways to beat the system if the present structure of executive continues more
Corruption starts from the Political Parties either in power or in Opposition and ends with peon in the Government Organization. If the said Political Party demands money it is "party fund "and if a peon demands it it is "bribe ". Both are corrupt. Needless to say where from to start. If we want India to improve it's position in the list of corrupted countries, strengthen the hands of CBI/EB/ACB/CVC without medddling of Politicians of either from Ruling or opposition & intensify the raids and terrify the "corrupted " without fear or favour. more
It is high time like cashless, everything should be system based auto process, with escalation matrix available to facilitate smooth process in every dept, instead of standing outside their room and or going thro intermediaries. Many British raj things to be abolished where by every govt person from the lowest to the highest get invisible powers. more
