Instigations endangering Fraternity - to be fast eradicated
Enmity between Castes/Classes/Religions though confined as anti National/Social, carried by ill-full Political Parties since adoption of Constitution. This Serious and dangerous system practice in Rule at least now to be put to an end Constitutionally. Intrigues continuing rigorously since 5 years resorting to several incidents both indulging in and creating rumours. While the auspicious process of Hindu –Muslim Stalwarts on Ayodhya is to conclude by next month, Issues of WB Killings, Delhi Temple, and other Church issues etc poisoning to break the Oneness of Humanity and Morality resulting in continuance of Jealousy, enmity and rivalry.
Castes/races except SC/ST those in Forest and Tribal Areas shall be stopped for all Government Provisions while Religious Conversions other than the strict belief, faith and follow shall be Banned conditioning that One Man One Religion or belief under Articles relating to ‘Right to Freedom of Religion.
National integrity is thus challenged. THESE ARE ESSENTIALLY NECESSARY IN TERMS OF THE GUARANTEES CONTEMPLATED IN THE PREAMBLE OF INDIAN CONSTITUTION and hence to be Constitutionally mandated comprehensively with specific clauses please.

Sarva Sri Gulam Nabi Azad, Chitambaram, Iyer if in the place of Gandhiji, Nehru, Patel they would have givenup JK to PAK and saved Thousands of Souls of public, Thousands of Souls of Soldiers. Why did not they realize decades back itself to save at least some Souls ? Is it their Human Morale ? Had they and predecessors willfully continued the torture in JK till now ? Had they forgotten that India is a Hindu continent which absorbed many Religions ? How can they discriminate JK as Muslim State alleging Religiously ? Supreme Court once again to clarify and notify 'Right of Liberties under Articles 19, 25 to 30' as well as the 'Valid Authority of the Mandates of Part IV and IV- A' . THE Article 19 is misused by rich and mighty while Clauses 2 to 6 are never considered/implemented WHICH IS INCREASING ANTI SOCIAL AND ANTI NATIONAL ELEMENTS arrest of which is fast needed to render true Justice, Safety and Security of public and Nation. FURTHER, THE ISSUES OF "National Integrity " 'National Security ' " PEOPLE 's SAFETY/SECURITY " also became *questionable under laws and Objectives of Indian Constitution * SC TO REALIZE. Mandates of Constitution for providing *Means of adequate Livelihood contemplated in Articles 37 to 48 * which are purpossed for ensuring the Life Article 21 HAD BEEN NEGLECTED IN TRUE PROSPECTIVE by which Corruption, Cheating, Misuse, Misappropriation resultingly increasing CRIMINAL NATURE EVER BEFITTING POLITICIANS AND THEIR SUPPORTERS "" and is the root cause of all sorts of Malpractices and anti national and anti Social behaviour in Many POLITICIANS AND THEIR SUPPORTERS . Supreme Court to clarify and notify the real authority of Part IV of our Constitution TO PUT AN END TO SUCH TRAITORS/BETRAYORS *** at least to Save and Preserve PATRIOTS *** .

Congress Leaders still not realizing the mandate of "National Integrity'. They in Feb, March '19 Shamelessly commented on IAF while criticizing GOI's Surgical Strike on Balakot as a Religious concern seconding the then comment of PAK Chief . Now also these Congress Party Leaders again alleging GOI that the BJP lead Rule made JK as UT just at Religious interest since JK Region possess majority Muslims AND INSTIGATING/ PROVOKING RELIGIOUS CLASHES THAT LEAD EVEN TO CONSPIRACIES . This sort of provoking Religious rivalry is not only against the guaranteed Fraternity but also is a betrayal to Political Democracy on one hand . On the other hand, this sort of Communal allegation on the Government of India more particularly the .......... is nothing but the outburst of treacherous mentality of betrayers/ traitors of the Country/ Nation/ Constitution . Honourable Supreme Court of India to keenly observe and note well before to Save the Country and General Public from any after effects of these ill-full and dangerous propaganda/publicity .
