Indigo’s Consumer Harassment

The airline Indigo has started charging ₹200 to issue a printed physical boarding card.

So many senior citizens have their children book tickets and dont have printer at home. They go to the counter to get boarding passes. Now they will have to pay 200/person to get it.

Sorry Indigo these individuals do not know how to use your self sever machines either. more

Indigo flight to Nagpur_Muscat and vice versa had stopped since long. Before closing the Flights we booked our Tickets they are not Refunding the Amount says that it will be Adjusted in Flights Ticket. Morethan One and Half year had passed but yet the Announcement of flight to start is not declared. Indigo is loosing its Reputation. more  
We will slowly get accustomed to self service machines. It is the need of the hours to learn certain things or to pay for the service. more  
This is the case with not only with Indigo but with every other airlines. Similarly these airlines charge hefty convenient fee. Recently I used the services of GoFirst previously known as GoAir and even after cancelling the flight on their own, they did not refund the convenient fee. Again they mishandled my luggage and refused the damage claim bluntly reasoning out that I did not lodge the claim with them at Mumbai airport where I could not find their counter around the conveyor belt and not even single staff of theirs. On top of it, they mentioned that the damage is normal wear and tear. IRCTC charges convenient fee for rail booking in their sites which is not refundable, minting money. Local circles must take these issues to the government which must come out with regulations favouring genuine passengers. more  
You are right Kanchan. I am a senior citizen, and to print out the boarding pass I will have to go out to get it printed. With my comorbities I am afraid of being a victim of Covid 19 then. more  
It is a clear case of looting. And thet dont want to take any responsibility for theft from luggage. more
