INDIARUSH.COM - Online Fraud
Hi, I had ordered a watch from Indiarush in Aug which was not working when delivered. I had returned it and after so much discussions they had agreed to give me my money back on 10 Oct (i have this in written.. they sent an email for the same). However, after that they had not sent me money back yet and I had already given my bank details. Everytime when i call the customer care they say that this case is being handled by senior management and I will receive a call back from them. But no one ever calls me back. Now they have sent me the watch back out of the blue without any intimation when I was expecting my money. I am not sure if that is a new watch or a repaired one and do not want it but my money. Can you suggest if I can go for a case in consumer court for this?
They have also blocked me from writing anything on their Facebook page and when I wrote using other account, they deleted those posts and blocked that account as well. Please help and suggest some options.

Aggrieved consumers run from pillar to post seeking readdress.One needs to keep hammering till the concerned manager responds.
