IMPROVE GOVT. HOSPITALS WORKING TO REDUCE DEPENDABILITY ON PRIVATE HOSPITALS
GOVERNMENT SHOULD IMPROVE THE WORKING OF GOVERNMENT HOSPITALS. THIS WILL MAKE MORE PATIENTS RELY ON THE GOVERNMENT HOSPITALS.
UNDUE RUSH OF PATIENTS IN GOVERNMENT HOSPITALS NEEDS TO BE REDUCED BY STRENGTHENING LOCAL PRIMARY HEALTH CENTERS SPREAD OVER COLONIES AND RURAL INDIA. THIS WILL MAKE ONLY RELAY NEEDY PATIENTS GO TO HOSPITALS.
PATIENTS NEED TO BE PROPERLY GUIDED AT PRIMARY HEALTH CENTERS AND AT THE RECEPTION OF HOSPITALS. PARA MEDICAL STAFF MAY HELP IN SEGREGATION OF SERIOUS PATIENTS NEEDING IMMEDIATE HELP AND THOSE WHO CAN SAFELY WAIT. WAIT LISTED PATIENTS SHOULD BE GIVEN CONFIRMED APPOINTMENTS FOR COMING LATTER FOR CONSULTATION.
AT PRESENT THERE IS TOTAL CHOSE AT GOVERNMENT HOSPITALS AND NEEDY PATIENTS HAVE TO FACE SERIOUS CONSEQUENCES. TOUTS TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS STATE OF AFFAIRS AND FLEECE THE POOR PATIENTS.
THERE SHOULD BE VERY STRICT PUNISHMENT FOR THE MANAGEMENT AND DOCTORS OF PRIVATE HOSPITALS MISGUIDING THE PATIENTS AND THEIR RELATIONS AND EXTRACTING UNDUE MONEY FROM THEM. THERE HAVE BEEN CASES, IN WHICH THE RELATIVES HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR OPERATING A ALREADY DEAD PATIENT. SUCH ACTS SHOULD BE A CRIMINAL OFFENSE AND LICENSES OF HOSPITAL AND DOCTORS SHOULD BE IMMEDIATELY SUSPENDED
Yes, I fully agree with Mr Sanjeev Bhatnagar there there may be so much corruption in supply of services by Govt as well as PSU/private companies. It is the duty of BSI to keep watch on these things.

Mr. Ram Upadhyay - I agree with you. But my problem - Government does not give me 14 kgs LPG cylinder to my satisfaction. How can I believe central Government hospital will satisfy me in terms of quality and services. So lots has to be done if we want - private medical services dance to our tune.

Main problem is increasing load of patients and helpers of patients. Govt should open more hospitals. Govt should pay attention to avoid urbonisatioin. All facilities should be provided at rural areas also so that rush at cities can be decreased.

Sanjeev Bhatnagar ji powerful voter never suffer, but poor are sufferers. Rich and powerful never sufferer, only poor are sufferer. But if a person having good political will power to improve the situation, it is possible to access the facilities to poor as is done in Delhi Govt hospitals to allot beds with weaker sections/having low income which is commendable.

Your anguish is justified. But Fortis hospital is extremely costly. You must have paid in lakhs. And so much can not be afforded by every body. But in paid wards of any Govt. Hospitals, it would have been much cheaper. If Fortis required 10 Lakhs, the Govt. Hospitals would have required 2 Lakhs. Therefore in every hospital there should be separate paid OPD and indoor wards to improve finance of the Hospital and employbility.
