Important actions that Govt.of India should take immediately.
1.The Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment in the Tamilnadu State and if available in other State must be abolished forth with.
2. Anti conversion Law to be enacted forthwith.Mass conversions to be prohibited. All conversions must be registered in the Registrar office. Penalty up to 1crore and 10 years impresentment to be imposed.
3.Media control (print media, T.V., and Cinema)..FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION is the most abused and confused term in India. Every freedom has some inherent restrictions.(Gandhi once said one man's freedom ceases when other man's freedom begins). Deliberately hurting others religions sentiments in my view is not freedom. This must be curbed.
4. Stringent control on HATRED SPEECHES ON CASTE,RELIGION, COMMUNITY, or LANGUAGE which create vedge & split in the society resulting root cause for the riots and turbulence in the minds of people must be introduced. Hence a separate Act must be moved and such people must be arrested and put behind bars for not less than 10 years under NSA.
5.Internet system in India must be improved and enhanced by special Act so that all functions connected with Govt., Banks, and vital installations, and that of the public are done without interruption and no system-down problems erupt.
6.Food adulteration (including milk, child food packed Value Added Products etc), drugs adulteration must be curbed by special Act. Adulterations which may lead to death or similar dangerous consequences to human body or life, must be treated as non-bailable crime and punishment up to 10 years or death sentence must be imposed.
7. Urban Naxals must be identified by NSA and all arrested.
8.Population control Bill restricting to 2 children to be enforced. If more children benefits to be given only to first two children only.
9. Organisations which preach hatred and act as Anti National interest must be banned for ever.
10. Income Tax Raids must be done on all corrupt people, including politicians, and the transparency on cash/wealth confiscated to be published in press and Govt.gazette.
11.After one changes from Hindu religion to other religion he loses his right to enjoy the privileges and benefits of Govt., forthwith. Law should be changed to this effect.
12. Supreme court should take a uniform decision on Bail and all crimes connected with Anti National Interest must be treated as NON BAILABLE CRIME and no bile at any cost should be granted at any level of judiciary. If necessary a Law must be enacted or existing Law to be amended to this extent.
The above actions are prime need of the nation at this juncture and to be done within 3 months.

Very timely and urgently needed step. The GOI and home ministry must think on these issues.

People 0f this country are struggling to get the rights envisaged in the constitution. The GOI once again review and reinforce the rights to the duly eligible persons and matters.

All. 12 Issues are covered in Constitution . But are unimplemented . Politicism and Communalism had been diversifying the Concept of various Articles Mandated . The root causes are INSUFFICIENT AND INADEQUATE Judiciary since 1975 and FAILURE OF POLICING AND Tax Inspectorates Since 1995 Even now Judiciary need to Realize their Responsibility over Constitutional Guarantees listed in Preamble INCLUDING CITIZENSHIP AND FUNDAMENTAL DUTIES OF CITIZENS.
