I have been working with Dena Bank from 2008 mar till june 2009. After that i leaved that psb and could not withdraw my epf from it due to the rule of not being allowed to withdraw untill its 36 months or only in case one has joined another organisation. As i did not joined another till date due to some reasons what shall i do now to withdraw my money as i have left mumbai where i was working at dena bank and the same is also not listed on the epfo websitewebsite surprisingly to get thethe estb no to generate uan...and its now more than 6 years passed over. more
You had served Dena Bank for around 16 months. You can get your withdrawal and interest thereon for a period of minimum 36 months. You should prefer withdrawal forms as per prescribed format of Provident Fund Authorities. As per procedure they will seek your affidavit as per their format stating your identity to prove by Aadhar, PAN, Bank details etc. You will get money is sure provided you have to forward some papers as aforesaid. Now even employers attestation is not required on the forms and documents. Best luck for getting your withdrawal. more
