I am facing a manufacturer issue in Apple iPhone 8

I am facing a manufacturer defect in logical board of my iPhone 8, for the same when I reached out to Apple support they strictly denied it and asking me to pay amount 32,250 rupees to replace this iPhone then it was frustating to me and i lodged a complaint in Consumer Court via pgportal DOCAF/E/2019/04423, and then my complaint has been lodged in official consumer affairs department under docket number: 1734488. today let me see if i can get any help from Consumer affairs department of not. more

It is not expected from a company like "Apple". Hope the Consumer Forum will give proper direction. more
