How will BSNL improve
Today, Internet is the requirement of modern India and thus low cost & affordable yet good quality internet is the requirement of today
BSNL is having good infrastructure but they hesitate in providing service many times
Many times,when people demand broadband,BSNL tells that it is not feasible even though there are many people opting for it.They are not ready to take any initiative
Same case about 3G and mobile networks
During the NDA rule around 2002, BSNL was India's number 1 network but in last 10 years, BSNL is 6th ranked operator and it is fighting to retain its 6th position with a new comer Aircel
Steps should be taken to strengthen BSNL's network and its services so that maximum people can take advantage of it at affordable cost and good quality

BSNL have best in class equipment and their employees are well trained too. What matters is their attitude towards work. They are certain that there are no potential danger even if you are arrogant, negligent or discriminate. Promotions and incentives are still happening the traditional way. A few who are sincere in their work, feel frustrated because of the lack of support from superiors. All of us know what will happen to a private operator employee, if he behave like a ‘BSNL man’ to a customer. If BSNL can do that, it will defeat any other operator in India, in all sorts.

Definately Mr Arun, Though BSNL is the oldest network operator in India,yet it doesnt have a lifetime sim card for prepaid.Every 6 months,a customer has to renew validity along with recharge topup and rate cutter STVs.This is very hectic.A customer must remember almost 3 things.The other operators remove this headache by providing a lifetime valid sim card.Sad to see bu tBSNL cannot do this

They are not ready to give new connections,employees would not properly response to customer,marketing is poor,no lifetime simcard plan .lets concentrate this
