How to push the buyer to get the Car registered on his name
I had sold my Car almost a year and half back to broker, who sold it off to a 2nd buyer. Intitially the borker said to wait for getting it transfered since he needed to sell and told that he would get it registered on the name of the 2nd buyer. Even after repeated push backs he has not yet registered the car on the new owners name. What are my Options. I have the selling aggrement on bond papers and the brokers ID proof's also.
Kindly guide on what could be my legal options to push him to get the car tranfered on the new owners name. more

dear client, it is your responsibility to to get it transfered in name of buyer in case of any mishappening like accident claim & if vehicle is not insured you will be liable to compensation. for more brief you may call me 9891507137 more

Dear Mr. Chakresh, I think the paper should not be replaced. Something could have happened during the period of selling your car to broker and then broker selling to end buyer. I personally feel the papers should be filled up at the time of selling the car at first point to avoid any risk later on. Let broker (1st buyer) enter into fresh sale deed when he sells it to the 2nd buyer. more

for all readers remember the moment you sell your vehicle even to a broker always fill the transfer documents(his ID, proof of address, photo etc) papers in the name of broker get his signatures and take the fees of transfer from him and keep it with you and tell him if and when he gets the new buyer he can get the papers replaced. See to it that papers are submitted by you not the buyer. more

Dear Gaurav Upadyayji, Even if you have th egenuine sale agreements etc., you are the legal owner of the car till the ownership is transgerred and entered into the records of the RTA or RTO. To expedite the matter, I am of the opinion that you should send a legal notice to the broker as you may not be aware of the actual buyer of the broker. The notice should be that you has sold the vehicle to the broker and executed all documets for the transfer of the ownership and that the broker agreed to get the ownereship transferred. Whether he sells it further or not is of no concern of yours. Also, your notice should state that in the event of not transferring the ownership within 7 working days from the date of the notice, it would be deemed that the vehicle is being misused malafidely to wrongly implicate you the seller and that the sale agreement would stand cancelled / null & void, the amount paid by the broker remains forfeited for default and that an FIR would be lodged reporting the vehicle to have been stolen to seek repossession. Hence, the broker may stay advised to avoid such an eventuality and get the vehicle owenrship changed in the Govt. records IMMEDIATELY. more

dear client, it is responsibility to get it transferred of seller because legally still you are owner. in case of any mishappening like accident & all you will be the party in accident claim suit & if car is not insured you will liable for paying compensation. for brief you may call me on 9891507137 more
