How to change the unfriendly system
There is no doubt that NaMo is sincerely trying his best for good governance and clean politics. His team (NDA) is also assisting him to the maximum. But NDA has failed to tight loose ends of politicians as well as that of bureaucrats.
Let us take politicians first. The most corrupt politicians were worried about the action to be taken against them after formation of NDA Govt. They kept on low lying and watching the situation as how the new regime would act on the corruption issues discussed openly during complaining. Now they are confident that NDA regime could not take any action as declared during election and hence they have surfaced to oppose the new NDA regime. Look at how Sonia, Lalu, Mayavati, Bhupinder Singh Hooda are coming out to criticise NDA policies. They are confident now that NDA is not able to take against their corrupt acts. Hence the rogues started barking openly and they will not allow any good thing to happen.
Secondly the bureaucracy has their own agenda and they used to be part & parcel of scandals played by these opposition leaders.(HAMAM MA SARE NANGE). They are not changed and will never change. Hence whatever good policies/projects planning are there, they will not allow it to implement/happen on ground. They are least worried about public/community benefits. They are planners / executers & they do not move further without vested interests. The system has gone/ developed so rusty that they can fail many more NDA regimes together.
Why the stray dogs are allowed to bark openly? Why bureaucracy is not made accountable for lapses? Why corrupt system could not be derailed? are few questions before the general public.
For a person eagerly waiting for signs that this government will work effectively against corruption at all levels -bureaucratic or political, there is all round disappointment. No a bit of difference is seen from any of the other government other than mere statements. And we still see opportunities on a day to day basis for any government serious enough to act tough. Why this lack of will or is it not as practical as is imagined. Has corruption seeped into the fabric of the nation to form an indelible stain?

NAMO and his team may be making sincere efforts. But nothing is practically visible neither any rule has been amended nor any step to reduce corruption has been initiated. Many steps are to be taken. Till it is started how results can be achieved. Now at least Government should start reforms along with initiating action against most corrupt. Party should not be the criteria.
