I have first hand experience on how lack of sleep leads to heart disease diabetes and neurological conditions. Dont take thus lightly. more  

Lifestyle changes have led to sleep deprivation. Too many distractions like mobile, internet and TV are leaving less time for the various things that we do. Hence, sleep takes the hit as long as one can manage it. Once health issues come in, it takes a different course. However, not everyone requires over 6 hours sleep. So those who dont require much sleep time are fine to continue the way they do and cause envy to others. more  
This is very useful info and one that people need to pay attention to more
