water packet is not served with veg biryani - vendor claims that water packet is served only with chicken Birayni......i dont understand the logic? more

The rates should be printed on each item - as the vendors are charging as per their wish. Receipts of the goods sold should be mandotary - they should be paid based on the revenue generated as per the receipts. Receipts should be signed by passenged and PNR details be entered Surprise checks on food Quality to be done - as like veg biryani does not contain any vegetables except couple of carrot pieces and rice is fried. Same rice is used with an egg and sold as egg biryani Uniform of the vendors and their personal hygene should be clean - this is not the case, it becomes a detterent to buy any eatables from them Rude behaviour of the vendors espcially with rural masses and other passengers if they are questioned on the prices more
