I have worked with DNA newspaper for 1.5years after my resignation i have filled multiples times my PF withdrawal form but it didn't processed. When i checked with PF office my name is there.
Pls help me how can i getit?

Plfind out the reason for not accepting the claim by RPFC authority if claim form is not reached to ROFC as per the recent cicular you can file the clain with concern RPFC authority with KYC detail and your signature attested by your ban authority.

Hi Samruddhu, There are many reason of your reject the PF Withdrawal (Like DOJ PF A/C NO. DOB ETC). So You fill Your PF withdrawal for with help of HR Person of your X- company, and submit it into pf office.

Hi Samruddhu, There can be multiple reason of rejection of your PF withdrawal or even it is a rejection or not we can not say it now. First step for you is to check with your ex employer i.e. DNA that why it is not processed? Whether they had submitted all the required forms like Form 19 and 10C alongwith your form 3A to the PF office or not. Now it is mandatory to fill the form 15G, if you are not filling the form 15G than you have to mention that you wont like to submit the form 15G. Form 15G is required by the EPFO to process TDS on your EPF amount. Ask them to verify the details like your name correct spelling and your DOJ and date of exit. Sometime it may happen that employer feed wrong data. Second, if the details are correct and employer had submitted the withdrawal request then ask them to give you an OC of the submission. OC is the office copy which the employer is getting for their records. It is an important document and every employer gets the OC of every claim, whether it is withdrawal or transfer.
