Mr Sharma, I am in agreement with the thoughts expressed by you in your write-up ; it is in this context only that I had requested the DM to issue a warning to these residents who are guilty of the said encroachment--by way of an announcement done on a three-wheeler ---warning of dire consequences if the guilty do not remove the constructed portion from the encroached area . On your suggestion that this is not the forum for this complaint,with due respect,I beg to differ with you as the DM,repeatedly,has asked for these issues to be highlighted. more

Mr Sharma, -It is against the specific request mauls from the office of the DM that I had responded ; it is upto that office to augment any changes/action ; if my repeated reminders are not having the desired effect on this office,I fail to understand how my visit to the office of the DM would elicit any response. The ball is in Mr DM's court---upto to him to initiate action on issues which, ordinarily,should have been looked-into by him. more

Dear Mr Sunil Vadehra it is the residents of that sector who have occupied the pavements n included in their houses. You put it in writing to the authorities concerned n if it is not resolved then you can write to the District Magistrate n concerned authority for getting the land recovered for the pavement. We are the culprits as we have occupied the land without any ownership right. If we break the law ourselves and then put the blame on the authorities that they have not retrieved the land for the pavement. First we should follow the law and blame the government officials for their negligence. The people who have occupied the extra land are from the public only. You can form a group in your lane and discuss with all the defaulters to remove the railing etc which has been installed on the land meant for the pavement if your effort does not bring any fruits then you lodge a complaint to the proper authority with a copy to the collector n higher authorities. First we should do something to help the government to retrieve the land illegally occupied by people. You have every right to go and meet the District Magistrate and put up your memorandum to him. The whole of Noida has occupied land in front of their houses and they think it is their property. We break the rules ourselves and then complain. God bless NOINDA-ITS. more

Mr Sunil Vadehra please meet the District Magistrate instead of writing on this local circle whatever your grievances and get them sorted out. In my opinion this is not the forum to complain. we should cooperate his efforts to mitigate the problems of Noida. more

Mr DM, Instead of waisting your time and energy in homilies,pls try to see that people employed in your office do some constructive work----this would be appreciated by the residents more than hollow words. more
